How To Deal With Mom Who Bear Out The Loss Of Miscarriage

Coping with the loss of a miscarriage is the most challenging phase in a woman's life. During pregnancy, many hormones are released. These hormones play a role in making the mother and unborn child a strong bond. The most known hormon

e is oxytocin, also known as a bonding hormone. So it is impossible for mothers not to develop a strong connection and love with their unborn children.

"When a mother went through a miscarriage, it is as she lost a beloved living being. The people around the pregnant women may not see the unborn child as a complete human being, but for mothers, they are."

It takes time for mothers to get out of post-traumatic stress. If you see any such women who have gone through the same, here are some of the things you can do to help them in any way possible.

A mother mourning her miscarried baby

Acknowledge Miscarriage As A Loss

The foremost thing you all have to consider and accept is miscarriage as a loss. I know I may seem rude by saying some people do not consider it a loss. But believe me, it's true. Many people think that there is no loss if you have not given birth to a child. But they do not know what a mother went through in bringing a child into this world. She has given her time, emotions, care, and love to that unborn child so much. The bond pregnant women have developed with their unborn children is unseen by the people around them. It is a personal feeling so is the loss. So if you come in contact with any woman who has a miscarriage in their life, acknowledge their loss first.

Do Not Blame Mother For The Loss

The worst thing one can do to a mother who experienced pregnancy is to blame her for the loss. Sometimes mothers blame themselves for the loss. They use it as a coping mechanism to get their emotions out of themselves. So if the people around them begin to do the same, the mothers' unrealized fears start becoming their reality. They first used as a coping mechanism now became a haunting truth. Mothers begin to accept themselves as misdoers. So never blame the mother for the loss of a child. It is the most significant loss for herself in the first place. Anybody around her, even the fathers, can not go through what the mother went through after losing her child during pregnancy. Being empathetic and considerate around the woman who just has had a miscarriage is the most important thing you can do.

Let Them Have Their Time To Come Out Of The Trauma

Dealing with any post-traumatic stress is not easy and very much demanding.

"Think about the mother who just lost the hope of seeing her child alive, who she was waiting desperately to see. All her time and emotions she invested in her child went in vain."

The hope her life was revolving around now is not there. How can she start thinking about her life without seeing her lost child in it? Getting out of all of this needs time. Such women should be given the space they asked for to help them get out of the trauma. According to a report, miscarriage traumas cause mothers to go through depression and anxiety for a year or more. So the only thing that can heal their pain is time.

Share Your Experience Of Any Loss With Them

Leaving a person who just lost their beloved one is not an intelligent move. Talk to mothers who went through the loss of their child during pregnancy. Please share your experience of loss with them without belittling their loss. To make such mothers comfortable with you, you have to tell them something very personal to you. This way, they will get the courage to talk about their loss with you.

"Sharing feelings and thoughts of losses or anything are always give and take."

Support Them Practically And Financially

Post-traumatic losses make one unable to continue their routine life for a while. Trauma releases hormones that make the body weary, exhausted, and in pain. You can help such mothers by assisting them in completing their daily home chores.

Also, do not forget to help them financially. Such mothers are not in a position to make their finances come. So by helping them financially, you can make them sure about your presence in their life.

Verdict

To deal with the loss of a child is not easy for mothers, but it can be less demanding of people around them to show support and empathy. Empathetic behavior and physical and emotional support will not bring their child back, but it will help mothers return to normal life.

So if you know any mother around you who went through the same trauma, become their biggest support system by providing them with whatever they need. I hope this piece of writing will help you in helping such mothers. If you or your beloved one go through such an experience (extremely sorry for that), share how you help them deal with it in the comments.

Happy Parenting,

Cheers!

Valentine's Day! Let's Make It A Family Event.

                valentines day, family day

Valentine's day is love. If you are not a new couple and can't go outside without kids, make this love date a family date.

In the age of technology, there is the hustle and bustle so far, and such days can bring charm. So plan a valentine with your kids and make it a family event. Every event is specified, but there can be changes according to your family terms, so don't hesitate to make it a family event as it will give some life lessons to your kids.

What Is Love?

Love is the most powerful feeling on this earth as it connects people. Love bonding is the base of a strong relationship. This is the feeling that makes one person special to others. A famous writer quotes it.

“Everyone appreciates a good thing by if you like the bad of someone then you are in love.”

The most important relationship on this planet is kids' love, and don't miss a single day to celebrate as you are blessed to have kids.

What Is Valentine Day?

Let's talk specifically about valentine's days. It has a deep history, but before discussing the event's history, it is also important to mention that it is forbidden in some religions and cultures. If I talk about Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India, it's not in the cultural or religious norms to celebrate such an event, but you can change the meaning to make it a family day.

Every day is a family day, yes it is. But as a responsible parent, you have to earn well, raise a happy child, fulfill their educational and other daily basis needs and demands, so in all these hecks you are challenging to spend the holidays. So make this event accordingly. Every year this day is celebrated on the 14th of February. Before moving on to how to celebrate this event with family; let's scratch the history.

History of Valentines Day

Saint Valentine was a Rome-based priest. According to the emperor of that time, unmarried soldiers are more beneficial for the country than married. The priest thought it an injustice, and he secretly married the soldiers. After revealing it, the emperor chose to kill Valentine. So at that time, the people of Rome decided to celebrate that day in the priest's name. But it is not necessary to celebrate this day as a love affair; it can be among different relations or married couples.

How To Celebrate With Kids

                         valentine day with kids

Here are the tips on how you can celebrate valentines day with your family at home.

  • Tell your kids about the event and tell them that love is the most crucial factor in this world.

  • You can ask them to make love cards for your father and mother, or even siblings. This will instigate them to do something creative and artistic.

  • Also, tell them love can be given to everyone, you can feed a kitten or puppy. If they want, they can invite any pet to this event.

  • Arranging a surprise table will be a great thing.

  • Arrange a one-on-one talk session with your kids and tell them the event means to be celebrated with love and affection, and it's not about buying expensive stuff.

  • Ask your kids to give flowers to your mother and father. This will provide them with the lesson that a gift belongs to the heart; money doesn't matter.

  • A gratitude note. Exchange gratitude notes with your family and speaks through the heart.

  • Play a valentines memory game where you can memorize the love moments.

  • Exchange the hugs and surprise with your spouse; it will teach them that relations are more important than love affairs. This gesture will deliver to them the importance of marriage.

  • A family photo with parents and grandparents is the most important thing. Through these pictures, you can also make a valentine tree or your family love tree.

  • Make a family dinner, make jokes, gossip, and watch any good family season.

  • A well-spent day is love, and for me, it is the base of a happy family and the true meaning of valentines day.

Verdict

A wise man said, “Every day is the last day, and spent it like that.” So don't miss celebrating a single moment of your life. May this valentines day be the base of your happy family.

If you have any other things in your mind to celebrate this event, share them with me. We will do it next time. So don't forget to write in comment sections,

Parent-Child Bonding Is The Skill, How To Build It Fast?

parent child bonding

Are you worried about handling and raising a baby, then you are right? Because Parenting is a most difficult and fulfilling job,  to raise a well behave and well-manner person for society is the responsibility of parents. But it's one of the less focused and less learned jobs. No institution gives the how-know of responsibility and sense of raising a kid before marriage or starting a parenting life. This brings a lot of loopholes. The child demands attention, care, love, and for that parents, must have time and feelings.

To develop a Parent-Child Bonding is a skill as you are raising a human being who is growing day by day, have a choice, and can reject and accept your behavior. According to reports, the basic reason for child depression is negligence from parents. When a child does not connect to their parents and parents don't have enough time for them then they search and opt for different activities and may be lost in their thoughts. For building the bond and attachment one most important thing that can help is a connection.

Teena my friend brings the change in her life after learning this skill and there was no book or course but she learned it by wasting some happy moments and now she is planning to arrange a course or any workshop to make parents especially mothers skillful in parenting.

This article will help you to learn this skill, its importance, and ways to build a parent-child bond fast.

Be Expressive

Show your love, say "I love you", "I care you" to your kids. It will bring happiness and build your bond. Love gestures are vital at every period and age of life so don't hesitate. Even say it more after every conflict and tell them love is permanent and unconditional, does matter we agree or disagree on one point. Give them a surprise note with love words and develop a stronger Parent-Child Bonding.

Share Your Routine

Share your matters with your kids, it will bring involvement and care bd build Parent-Child Bonding.. Share your office routine, discuss colleagues' behavior and convey your opinion about an event or situation. Ask your kids about their routine and the favorite part of the routine, what they did at school and which game they play. It helps to make a stronger bond between parents and kids.

Ask Their Opinion

Listen to them, as listening is the base of connection and bond. let them explore their thoughts and views. Ask about their opinions before deciding anything for them or even for yourself. Whenever you’re going to buy a dress or shoe, ask your child to select one for you. It will bring confidence and value in them and they will do the same in their life decisions. Teach them to listen and discuss s it is a focus point to develop Parent-Child Bonding.

One of my friend’s children was so shy and loves to live alone, I suggest her take your children to a shopping mall and ask him to buy things. This will flush away their hesitation and yahoo, they are doing better day by day.

Play With Them

playing with kids

One of the key factors, to build a strong and secure bond with your kids is to come on to your feet or even knees. Children love to talk during playtime or with their playing partners. They trust in a person who sacrifices their time for them. It will also able you to know their habits, concern, and interest. Play any game whether it’s a doll, ball, cards, or singing songs but all your kids need your undivided time.

Give Them Thumbs Up

Come on parents, learn to cheer up. Your single gesture can bring life to your children. One high-five and thumbs up can make you friends and build the strongest bond among you. Also, surprise them by giving the go on gesture on things that are not allowed normally. You can allow extra screen time as a treat or surprise. Show kindness and learn what they are demanding at the moment. is one of the best ways to develop Parent-Child Bonding.

Talk About Faith

Religion is not a secondary thing, discuss the religious norms and allow them to share their ideas. You can also tell them about different religions and discuss them. This will help in broadening their horizon and also make a stronger and more secure Parent-Child Bonding between you. Also, make them realize that you have faith and trust in them whatever decision they will take.

Julie my neighbor was very strict about her faith and so was her husband but their daughter want to go with another one. They handled the matter strictly and did not allow her to fulfill the desire. That young and energetic girl left her house and later Julie and her husband were in repent.

Nick Names Are The Connection Builder

In my school days, it was common practice that we friends used to call each other with nicknames and show our love,  friendship, and bonding.

The same goes for children to keep their open or secret nicknames and enjoy family time. You can also keep those names for personal use to give them the lesson of special bonding.

Fix Some Morning And Night Rituals

Huggies, kisses, and greetings are the best things to build a bond, fix your routine such as storytime before sleep, and hugs to all your children can build your bond and make them aware that love needs to be expressed. The quality time will not only boost the confidence and self-esteem of kids but also strengthen your bond.

Party Out For A Few Days

family party

Pick up a day to spend with your child, you can also give them a surprise or can take them out at their place of interest. A child when goes outside, discover new things and broaden his horizon. For making a child strong and for strengthening your parent-child bonding it is necessary to spend time according to the way they want.

Eat Food As A Family

eat food as family

Food time is the best time that not only helps kids to learn manners but also makes the bonds stronger. Dinning place is the best place to give and teach the maximum lesson of life as a child can learn to sacrifice and to share. These attributes are much more important in building Parent-Child Bonding. So always try to eat food as a family

Involve Them In House Chores

Keep them involved in house chores especially on holidays.

I always assign one task to my one child on the holiday and after finishing that I appreciate them, sometimes by giving their favorite food treat or toy. This helps in knowing their abilities and interest and I tried maximum to make them available for them.

Set Boundaries And Rules

With all the things, do remember you are the parents and you know better about right and wrong. You have to take care of your child and also be answerable to the law if they did wrong, so keep a check on them and set some boundaries and rules. Be strict about them and implement them as much as possible.

Provide The Path To Their Dreams

Parenting is actually to fight on every point. You can do one more thing to strengthen and secure the bond with your kids by giving importance and paving the path towards their dreams and interests. Help your children to fly and achieve.

Be Flexible

Your always "No" will irritate your children even at the age of 2 years. So you need to be flexible and add "should" in your life rather than a "must". Be flexible in your rules, decisions, and routine. This will help to mend a bond between you and kids as they feel you and love you for allowing them to do something that is their favorite.

Act As a Team

Last but not least, remember one thing you both ( mother and father) are a team and must be on one page when it comes to your children. Don’t say bad or jealous about each other. This will ultimately hurt your child. You both are a team and your purpose in life is good parenting and a strong bond with your kids.

Above all points will help to build a fast Parent-Child Bonding. If you are struggling or new parents then follow these steps and believe in me you will find a solution. Which factor helps you a lot and work for you tell me in the comments.

Cheers,

Happy Parenting.
